Responsibilities: 1Support or lead New Product Developments in line with the Technology Roadmap 1.1 Benchmarking of new technologies 1.2 Follow innovation and core processes for product development 1.3 Work with suppliers and OEMs 1.4 Work with other departments 1.5 Product development for both Mechanical and Electrical products/components 1.6 Testing / Prototyping / Specification reviews 2 Core program support 2.1 Problem solving of new product implementations 2.2 VAVE - Support vave idea generation.
3 Support New Business Opportunities 3.1 Linked to new product/technologies introductions (such as ADAS) 4. CAD will be required (typically 30%)
5. International Travel. This is key requirement for training needs, visiting OEMs, suppliers and other Kautex facilities/plants
Experience: • Fan / Fluidic nozzle design experience more than 3 years • fluid analysis software “Fluent “ operation experience more than 3 year • Language - must speak Chinese and English • English (CET 4 ) • Bachelor degree in Engineering or a comparable education • Good communication skills - Presentations (this can be developed over the grad scheme) • Good planning skills (to be able to co-ordinate actions with suppliers and other departments)
