Work Place: Beijing Job Summary The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to sell Altair products to key accounts in airspace, aviation, electronics etc. Job functions include Goal: Grow business region by developing strategic accounts • Develop territory sales plan and strategic account plan to build up strong pipeline • Conduct daily sales call, customer visit, managing forecast, writing quotation, price negotiation etc. • Sell by value and solutions by being able to communicate HyperWorks features and benefits •Build long term partnership with strategic accounts •Work closely with channel partners to enlarge and seek potential business opportunities •Contribute to the Marketing Team with presentations, article contributions to newsletters, user Groups, and tradeshows • Work closely with the Applications Engineers for product technical knowledge Minimum requirements The successful candidate must: • At least 3 year sales experience, with handling single order • Proven sales experience in working with state owed customers in China like Aviation, airspace etc. •Proven experience and strong understanding of government planning, budgeting and purchase procedure • EDA or CAE background prefer • Have excellent communications and presentation skills • Positive attitude, strong learning capability, can work in team environment • Posses excellent organization • Can work independently and take heavy travel Education/Experience • At least Bachelor’s degree: preferably in electronics, mechanical and fluid • Have general understanding of CAE software applications
